Let’s be real. Drugs and alcohol (including inhalants) are a problem for many young people using them for a short term escape from feelings that are difficult. They can impact you in different ways and taking them alongside other medication can be dangerous. Using drugs or alcohol to cope can have longer term after effects including changing the person that you are or the person you dreamed to be. There are other ways available to cope with feelings that are hard to manage.
We have tried to add links below that will not only inform you about different types of drugs and the issues that may happen if you are using them, but also places that are there for you if you need help.
